Credit/AR Representative Our client is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Credit/AR Representative to support a B2B credit department focused on customer relationships, cash flow management, and operational consistency. Position Overview The Credit/AR Representative will work within a rotating assignment structure where each team member supports all major credit and accounts receivable functions. Responsibilities include cash application, collections, customer support, compliance tracking, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth account management and service continuity. Key Responsibilities for Credit/AR Representative Process and post daily cash receipts accurately and efficiently Manage B2B collections while maintaining professional, relationship-focused customer communication Support lien rights administration, waiver preparation, and taxability/compliance tracking when needed Handle rotating departmental duties to support seamless team coverage Perform basic Excel data entry, tracking, and reporting Respond to inbound and outbound customer calls and emails during peak business cycles Contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented culture as a Credit and AR Representative Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of B2B credit and collections experience with hands-on cash application responsibilities Strong customer service and communication skills Construction, HVAC, or commercial project industry exposure preferred Familiarity with lien waivers, taxability requirements, or construction-related compliance is highly valued Must have basic Excel skills for tracking and reporting activities Ability to adapt to changing priorities and rotating assignments as a Credit and AR Representative Denver Metro What We're Looking For Our client values professionals who are collaborative, proactive, steady under pressure, and team-focused.
