Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist who will be responsible for managing a high volume of invoices and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. This role requires a keen eye for detail and robust ERP experience. Responsibilities Process over 100 invoices per week with accuracy and efficiency. Utilize an ERP system more robust than Quickbooks, specific to the chemical industry, to manage accounts payable functions. Conduct invoice processing and ensure timely invoicing. Perform way match to verify invoice details. Demonstrate strong accounts payable experience to handle various accounting tasks. Accurately enter data into accounting systems. Essential Skills Demonstrated experience in accounts payable. Proficiency in invoice processing and invoicing. Experience with ERP systems that are more robust than Quickbooks. Strong skills in accounting and data entry. Work Environment This position is based in a standard office environment with a pleasant atmosphere. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bolton, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.25/hr.
