Job Description
Accounts Payable and Ops Coordinator Cheshire, CT Position TKH Security, LLC is seeking an experienced A/P Coordinator who has 2-4 years of relevant experience for a similarly sized company ($30M company). This full-time position will be fully on site at our friendly Cheshire, CT office. We are also seeking someone familiar with implementing new expense management software, specifically Navan. Experience with Business Central Dynamics 365, Blue10, Expensify, Confluence, would be extremely valuable. Position would also include some operational clerical tasks whereby SharePoint skills would be preferable, as well as, MS Office intermediate skill set. Responsibilities Full A/P duties Full-scope Accounts Payable management Banking tasks Reporting 1099 returns Annual filings Operational Tasks Administrative duties for typical small office Familiarity with insurance such as renewal, tracking, insurance terms (OCIP, CCIP, UCIP) Familiarity with construction industry and items like BOMs, change orders, contractor portals, etc Clerical support for other departments and some special projects Qualifications, Skills, Character +
Experience Experience:
At least 2-4 years of proven experience in a lean A/P, Accounting/Finance dept. and office management Ability to multitask, time manage and be skilled at follow up and customer service skills Intermediate skill set in: Microsoft Office Suite of products, especially Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, as well as, what's mentioned above with an emphasis on SharePoint. Salary will depend upon experience but will be in the range of: $55-70,000. Dependent upon experience and breadth of specific/relevant knowledge and skill set.Pay:
