QuickBooks Bookkeeper- Full-Time/Permanent, Onsite Location:
local to
Madison, Connecticut Compensation:
60,000-75,000, depending on experience

Yes - MDV and 401k! A small manufacturing company is seeking an experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join their team onsite. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and is looking for someone with experience in the manufacturing field or related! On a day-to-day basis, this role will be responsible for: Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare monthly financial statements and reports Support outside CPA/accountant with year-end close and tax preparation Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in a bookkeeper role working within a small office environment QuickBooks is
