REQUIRED.

Candidates should have a proven & experienced track record in all facets of Automotive Accounting, ranging from accounts receivable, accounts payable, deal compliance, deal billing and posting, general ledger reconciliations, and DMV / title issues. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Breaking down and posting all deals in DMS Post daily EFTs from lenders and manufacturer Submit any coupons included in car deals or service/parts transactions Ensure all deposits and CODs (cash on delivery) are in-house and posted properly Process and post daily bank deposits Assist with the preparing of weekly salesperson commission payments Stock in New and Used Vehicle purchases Special projects and filing as needed Maintain all vehicle sales schedules, such as rebates, COD, and inventory.

Requirements:

2-4 years of prior work experience in a Dealership accounting office, focusing on Automotive Accounting, preferred, but not required Prior DMV work experience is preferred Working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to communicate, both verbal and written, with various departments. Advanced experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets Strong customer service focused Organized and detail-oriented
