Job Description

We are a graphic design and vehicle wrap company located in Waterbury CT (location directly off of route 84). Looking for a book keeper to work in person at our office part time hours for one or two days a week. Days and time can be flexible to your schedule for a max of about 10 hours a week required to handle the following: Quickbooks Online Payables & Receivables Reconcile in house projects to paid invoices Financial reports Paychex Payroll data upload Tax prep for our CPA Misc other bookkeeping duties
