Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. An excellent full-service law firm located in Wilmington, DE is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team!

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Process payroll and maintain payroll records Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain the general ledger and record journal entries Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports Handle month-end and year-end close processes Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards Prepare documentation for audits and assist with tax filings Utilize accounting software to track and report financial activity Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records Please apply with an updated copy of your resume!
