AP Specialist

Seeking a detail-oriented AP Specialist for a high-impact 3-month project with a premier Manufacturing client in Apopka. You will lead the manual migration of accounts payable data from QuickBooks into a new enterprise ERP system. Beyond data entry, you ll tackle reconciliations, maintain the Chart of Accounts, and support month-end close and financial reporting.
