Office Assistant / Accounts Payable Coordinator (In-Office - Aventura) GC & Developer Aventura, FL Job Details Full-time From $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Serving Microsoft Excel Filing Administrative experience Organizational skills Full Job Description Office Assistant / Accounts Payable Coordinator (In-Office - Aventura) We are a small general contracting and development office seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Accounts Payable Coordinator . This is an in-office position on a fixed schedule , with Accounts Payable as the primary focus . Primary Responsibilities -
Accounts Payable:
Process and track vendor invoices accurately and on time Enter invoices into accounting system and maintain organized records Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, statements, and discrepancies Assist with payment preparation and filing Maintain accurate AP files and documentation
Additional Office Responsibilities:
Serve coffee and refreshments to visiting investors and guests Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized Light office cleaning and maintaining a professional, tidy environment General administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience with Accounts Payable strongly preferred High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Professional, courteous demeanor for an investor-facing office Proficiency with Excel and email; accounting software experience is a plus Comfortable working in a small office environment
