Full Job Description Accounts Receivable Specialist Location:
Boca Raton, FL Pay:
$20-$22 per hour

Fully onsite Position Overview We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the accounting team on a temporary assignment. This role will focus heavily on cash applications and payment posting, as well as basic AR support. The position is fully onsite in Boca Raton and ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, transactional environment. Key Responsibilities Apply and post customer payments including checks, ACH, wire, and credit card payments Accurately apply cash to open invoices and customer accounts Research and resolve cash application discrepancies and unapplied payments Assist with AR aging and account reconciliation Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding payment issues as needed Maintain accurate records and documentation within the AR system Support the accounting team with additional AR-related tasks as assigned Qualifications 1+ year of accounts receivable or cash application experience Strong understanding of payment posting and reconciliation High attention to detail and accuracy Basic Excel skills for data entry and tracking Ability to work fully onsite in Boca Raton Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a temporary role
Pay Details:
