We seek an on-site, Full-Time Bookkeeper. You will handle general ledger accounting for multiple clients.Key Responsibilities:
Manage general ledger maintenance for corporate clients. Perform bank, loan, and credit card reconciliations. Prepare preliminary financial statements, including Balance Sheets & P&Ls. Clean up client files for tax preparation.Requirements:
Prior experience working within a CPA firm a plus. Strong understanding of general ledger accounting. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop. Ability to work fully on-site daily. Why Join Us?
