Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist | Estero, FL A rapidly growing software company is looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to its accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to be part of a company continuing to scale and evolve.

Responsibilities include:

Managing vendor invoices and payments Handling corporate card and expense activity Supporting reconciliations and month-end close Maintaining vendor records and documentation Assisting with process improvements and workflow organization

Qualifications:

Prior AP or accounting experience Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment The company offers a strong culture, leadership visibility, and long-term growth potential.
