Accounts Receivable Clerk 800 Cortez road West Bradenton, FL 34207 Position Overview Accounts Receivable Clerk will work with the to ensure payments are received, accurately recorded, and any balances in arrears are researched. Ideal work schedule would be Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00-6:00 Balance the daily cash drawer and record any balances processed against the transaction Reconcile all vehicle deposits, cash and credit card receipts, against the deal postings Daily cash (check) processing remotely with a digital scanner Send out monthly statements to our customer base Record and Balance any dealer reserve statements Record all the cash receipts, credit cards, for Fixed Operations Process vehicle loan funding daily Reconcile the Corporate Paypal account Sort and distribute mail File Bills of Sales Answer incoming phone calls Process credit cards transactions, as needed Ad-Hoc projects as needed Conley Group Benefits Compensation package based on experience Ability to grow compensation with company growth Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage If you are looking for an opportunity to join a family-owned business with deep roots in the community, come join the Conley team in Bradenton!
