Full Job Description Summary:
The Accounting Specialist supports finance and accounting activities of the organization in cooperation with management. The person is responsible for financial and accounting management and cash management activities. Other responsibilities include expense management, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and sales & use tax reporting.
Responsibilities:
Support financial and accounting activities Maintain timely records of invoice data within accounting tools Coordinate all accounting activities, with possible management of outsourced services Support the preparation of the P&L Lead financial reporting on weekly, quarterly and yearly base Represent management in meetings when financial numbers are being discussed In collaboration with management, put together annual plans, forecast and best estimates Lead the credit and collection activities and maintain receivables within agreed limits Perform cash flow analysis Support tax activities including payments as required by local, state and national governments Maintain good accounting practices Assist management during financial audits Perform financial analysis of current operations and create reports to management Perform financial risk analysis and report to management Perform other duties as assigned by management Job Requirements / Specific Experience /
Skills and Abilities:
4-year Finance and/or Accounting Degree Minimum 4 years of experience in all aspects of finance and accounting (A/R, A/P, P&L, Balance Sheet and Budget planning) Certified in Quick-Books Pro Familiar with ERP systems Advance knowledge and experience of Microsoft Excel. Proficient in the
MS Suite:
MS Word, Outlook  Experience with Concur is desirable Accuracy and confidentiality is a requirement #INDSW
