Accounts Payable Specialist - Clearwater, FL

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Clearwater, FL. In this full-time role, you will oversee the daily operations, coordination, and continuous improvement of the accounts payable and payment functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Summarize and report daily financial activities Process invoices, purchase orders, and reconcile payments Verify and record vendor invoices accurately Communicate directly with vendors regarding billing issues, payments, and inquiries Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments Assist in preparing reports for month-end accounting close Review, code, and post accounts payable invoices Maintain organized records of AP transactions

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, responsibilities, and relevant education and training.
