The bookkeeper must be a team player as they will need to communicate and work well with others within the company.
Responsibilities and skills needed:
Meticulous attention to detail Great organizational and time management skills Strong communicator Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills Computer literate (Microsoft Office Required with high proficiency in Excel, knowledge of QuickBooks) Ability to compose professional correspondence Assist with data entry, invoice creation, reconciliation, and general office tasks as required Assist with Clinical Trial Management System tasks (RealTime) Clinical Research of West Florida, Inc. is a family-owned independent research organization founded in 1995. With multiple offices located in Clearwater and Tampa, CRWF is an industry leader in the field of clinical research. The company has facilitated more than 1000 Phase I-IV research studies in various therapeutic areas. CRWF is dedicated to providing excellent patient care and our studies are conducted by board certified/eligible physicians along with an experienced, highly trained clinical staff. Our offices have full time board certified Nurse Practitioners on site in addition to the many certified Clinical Research Coordinators.

AA or Bachelor's degree required and proven bookkeeping experience
