Job Description

Responsibilities :
Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries. Ensure credit is received for outstanding credit memos. Daily activities include data entry, sorting, and scanning. Verifying daily packouts with field tickets Manage Excel spreadsheets Review purchase orders, checks, and daily reports to match invoices received to the vendor or department's records. Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. Prepare checks for payment by entering the data into the computer. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Experience/Skills:
Detail Oriented Self Motivated Friendly Organizational Skills Be able to multi task Data Entry Skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (required) Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Adobe Editor Sage Peachtree (preferred) Hilliard Brothers of Florida is a drug free workplace.
