Job Description

CPA firm located in Coral Gables seeks a tech-savvy bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks experience and a desire to wear two different hats! In addition to bookkeeping, you will serve as Client Assistance Manager, assisting clients with portal access, document uploads, and general support. Since you will be responsible for managing work for many clients, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, responsible, organized, multi-tasker, comfortable with technology. While CPA firm experience isn't required, it's a plus.
