Dania Beach, FL Salary:
$52,000 – $58,000 (depending on experience)

On‑Site Join a High‑Impact Benefits Administration Team We are seeking a detail‑oriented Contribution Accounting Specialist to join a fast‑paced and collaborative Benefits Administration team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employer and employee contributions , including 401(k) and related benefits. Why This Role Stands Out High‑impact role within a critical financial and benefits function Collaborative, team‑focused environment Exposure to payroll, contributions, and reconciliation processes Stable position with strong opportunity for growth and development Key Responsibilities Process and reconcile employer and employee contributions , including 401(k) activity Maintain and monitor payroll contribution logs to ensure accuracy and compliance Perform account and payroll reconciliations , identifying and resolving discrepancies Prepare and review payroll documentation and supporting schedules Track contract updates and adjust prior postings as needed Maintain audit documentation and support ongoing reporting and funding activities What We're Looking For 3–7+ years of accounting or related experience Experience with payroll, contributions, or financial data processing strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Who Thrives in This Role You are detail‑oriented, analytical, and take ownership of your work.
