PositionRequirements What you'll do Process incoming invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure proper coding and approvals Enter and post invoices into the ERP Vista system with strong attention to detail Manage the accounts payable inbox and respond to vendor inquiries promptly Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs in accordance with company policies Collaborate with internal departments to support construction project billing and payments Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting Maintain organized vendor files and financial documentation Support audits by providing documentation and records as needed Stay current on AP best practices and industry regulations Assist with process improvements and ERP Vista optimization initiatives What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of accounts payable or related finance experience Experience in the HVAC or construction industry is a plus Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications Experience using ERP Vista software preferred Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices Excellent data entry accuracy and analytical skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting PositionNotes Thermal Concepts, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
