Full Charge Bookkeeper - Marine ManufacturerDania Beach We are a growing yacht manufacturer seeking a hands-on Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations while also serving as a key administrative partner to the business. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys variety—spanning accounting, operations support, and occasional involvement in industry events such as boat shows.
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with 5-10 years of experience who wants to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment and take ownership of core financial processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle bookkeeping including AR, AP, GL, and all cash, bank, and credit card transactionsPerform monthly reconciliations (bank accounts, credit cards, purchasing, and inventory)Maintain accurate and timely accounts payable processing and reportingEnsure proper recordkeeping and organization of accounting documentationCoordinate closely with purchasing and service teams on transactions and inventory-related accountingHandle sales tax filings, government/statistical reporting, and licensing/inspection requirementsSupport general administrative functions, including mail handling and office coordinationAssist with boat show preparation and participation as needed (logistics, coordination, light client interactionWhat We're Looking ForA self-starter who can own the day-to-day financial operationsSomeone who enjoys variety beyond pure accounting (admin + light operational exposure)Interest in being part of a specialized industry with opportunities to attend boat shows and support client-facing events
