Prepare and analyze statistical, financial, and accounting reports and tables related to cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profit and loss statements. Compile and maintain budget data and related documentation based on estimated revenues, expenses, and historical financial information. Record debit, credit, and adjustment transactions using specialized accounting software. Verify purchase orders against invoices and payments, and document any discrepancies as necessary. Supervise and verify bank deposits, ensuring consistency between system data and actual payments received (cash, checks, or other forms). Generate and issue invoices, account statements, and financial reports in accordance with company policies. Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule. Reconcile bank transactions and maintain up-to-date records of financial activity.
