Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Perform daily accounting tasks, including but not limited to: Processing and recording journal entries. Generate refunds Charge Vendors generate invoices Registration and reconciliation of credit cards Reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records Assisting with month-end close Create customer accounts in SAP Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Preparation of checks for suppliers Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and improve financial processes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bilingual English Spanish Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (must be within 1 year of graduation) Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Entry-level SAP Business ONE experience (Module Purchasing -A/P). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of entry-level accounting experience Experience with SAP Business One module Purchasing -A/P Familiarity with financial reporting softwares
