This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and understands the nuances of construction-related accounting. You'll manage full-service bookkeeping across multiple divisions, and coordinate closely with leadership and external financial partners. What You'll Do Handle all accounting functions in QuickBooks for our main firm, installation division, and commercial property Collaborate with our CPA and investment firm to maintain accurate, confidential financial records Work directly with the Vice President on banking, financial planning, and day-to-day accounting needs Support the President with financial oversight Use Excel to track commissions, pricing, ROI, and internal financial metrics Over site of sub-contractors invoicing and job cost What You Bring Proven experience in bookkeeping Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills Experience with inter-related company transaction reporting Familiarity with construction or interior design industries (preferred) Professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and lead with confidence Why Join Us Be part of a creative, collaborative team Work on high-end design projects Competitive compensation Flexible schedule
