This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside the CEO and Founder to manage comprehensive bookkeeping functions, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the organization's financial health. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess a strong foundation in various accounting software and principles. As a key member of our finance team, you will handle everything from accounts payable and receivable to building business plans. This position is perfect for someone looking to add a client to their existing client base. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks platform Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining detailed records Build financial plans Prepare and analyze financial reports Build, prepare and analyze business plans Provide assistance to the CEO and Founder Qualifications Proven experience with QuickBooks accounting software Proven experience building financial models and business plans Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles, standards, and governmental accounting practices. Demonstrated ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, account analysis, and journal entry posting accurately. Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable processes, payroll management, tax experience, and financial report writing. Excellent technical skills and experience with Microsoft Office Ability to interpret financial concepts clearly and communicate findings effectively.
