Job Description

Job Overview For the Accounts Assistant position, you would support the daily administrative and accounting operations of Atlantic Doors, a company specializing in commercial door projects for over 30 years.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Entering DTs into the company's billing software, Traverse Distributing DTs to the appropriate departments, including hardware, installation, and warehouse/manufacturing Assisting with billing and accounts receivable processes Answering incoming calls and providing administrative support to the sales team Organizing and maintaining billing folders and project documentation Communicating with General Contractors to set up AR Fact Sheets Requesting Notices to Owner (NTOs) to help protect the company's payment rights on construction projects Reviewing incoming contracts and supporting billing operations under the supervision of Natalia This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment. Requirements Previous administrative, accounting, or construction office experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and customer service skills Basic understanding of billing, accounts receivable, and contract documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel Ability to learn company software systems, including Traverse Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
