Accounting Assistant A wholesale/import company based out of Ft Lauderdale looking for a Full Time Accounting Assistant.
Requirements:
Must be Computer Savvy Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook Etc) Minimum of 2 Years Experience in administrative work Minimum of 2 Years Experience in bookkeeping and accounting Must have Experience in QuickBooks and accounting knowledge Must have educational background in accounting feild Must be fluent in English Attention to Detail is
Key Must Have Reliable Means of Transportation Daily Tasks:
Daily Reports, Data Entry, Posting Payments, Reconciling Account, Accounts Payable, Payroll, etc
