Job details Summary Spherion $65,000 - $75,000 per year Permanent 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Industry accounting & auditing (Business and Financial Operations Occupations) Reference number S_176976 Job details Support the Management Team in shaping and maintaining the company's financial strategy. Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, and report findings to the Management Team.
Responsibilities:
... ?Establish accounting systems and internal controls to protect assets and ensure financial activities are accurately recorded. ?Manage sales/projections, billing, and invoicing. ?Implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability while maintaining operational efficiency. ?Act as the primary liaison between the company and their external Accountant to provide data for statutory filings ?Oversee and finalize payroll and all associated payroll reports. ?Track paid time off (PTO) and manage the Approval Log. ?Manage general Human Resource duties.
