Make outbound calls and send emails to customers with overdue invoices Follow up consistently to secure payment commitments Review daily aging reports and prioritize past-due accounts Resolve basic billing issues and escalate complex disputes Document all collection activity accurately in the system Meet daily/weekly collection activity and performance targets What You Bring 1-3 years of collections, AR, or call center experience Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Strong communication skills (clear, professional, and persistent) Basic Excel and system navigation skills Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency Preferred B2B collections experience Experience in high-volume or shared services environments

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:

$22 - $25 per hour, based on experience and location
