  • Full-time Porsche Naples is growing and seeking an
ACCOUNTING AP/AR CLERK
as unique as our brand to join our dynamic team. This individual must be highly motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic with excellent analytical skills. Previous experience helpful but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Primary Duties:
Reconcile schedules and accounts to make sure accounting books are balanced and current Processing invoices and submitting payments to vendors Collecting on accounts for services provided. Processing daily deposits Cross trained in other areas within the dealership
Required Skills:
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment Must be extremely detailed orientated Proficient in Microsoft Excel Additional Skills beneficial but not required: Prior automotive dealership experience Reynolds and Reynolds software Company Benefits Paid Vacation Medical, Dental and various supplemental benefits 401K Great professional work environment
