Help Wanted:

Bookkeeper / Full-Charge Bookkeeper for Roofing Company We are looking for the right person to grow with our roofing company. This position may be ideal for someone who already has a solid bookkeeping foundation and is ready to grow into a full-charge bookkeeping role. We are willing to teach and train the right person, but applicants should already have some experience with bookkeeping, accounting, QuickBooks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or administrative finance work. We are almost more interested in finding someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn than someone who already knows everything on day one. This is not intended to be a first-time bookkeeping or entry-level office position. About the Position We are a busy roofing company looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This person will help keep our financial records accurate, organized, and up to date while supporting the day-to-day accounting needs of the business.

Full-time preferred, but part-time may be considered for the right candidate Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Accounts payable Accounts receivable Customer invoicing Vendor payments Bank and credit card reconciliations Payroll support Job costing support Maintaining accurate financial records Preparing and reviewing income statements Working in QuickBooks Online Assisting with month-end bookkeeping Communicating with owners, managers, vendors, and customers as needed Requirements Qualified candidates should have: Prior bookkeeping, accounting, QuickBooks, or administrative finance experience Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online Understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable Ability to reconcile bank and credit card accounts Good attention to detail and accuracy Strong organization skills Ability to meet deadlines and stay on top of tasks Willingness to learn and grow with the company Construction or roofing industry experience is a plus, but not required Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and comfortable working with numbers. Compensation Pay ranges from $20 to $35 per hour , based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits for eligible employees.
