Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong high-volume processing experience to join a growing team in Oakland Park. This role will play a key part in managing full-cycle AR functions, ensuring accurate cash application, timely collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has hands-on NetSuite experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes in a high-volume environment Post and apply daily cash receipts, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Perform collections activities, including following up on past due balances and maintaining aging reports Investigate short payments, chargebacks, and unapplied cash Maintain accurate and up-to-date AR aging and reporting Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues Assist with month-end close activities related to AR, including reporting and reconciliations Support process improvements and streamline AR workflows within
NetSuite Qualifications:
3-5+ years of accounts receivable experience, including high-volume processing Prior experience in a senior or lead AR capacity preferred Strong NetSuite experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Solid understanding of cash applications, reconciliations, and collections Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent communication and customer service skills
Pay Details:
