Manufacturing Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our manufacturing team in Opa-locka. This role is focused on reviewing customer invoices, monitoring accounts, and managing collections. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive in resolving overdue accounts, and professional when communicating with customers and internal teams. Fluent English is required. Key Responsibilities Review customer invoices for accuracy before processing payments Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances Contact customers regarding past due invoices and arrange payment plans as needed Maintain accurate records of collections and account activity Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies Provide regular aging reports and updates to management Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment status and billing inquiries Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to resolve account issues Support month-end reporting related to accounts receivable Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, or bookkeeping preferred Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience with accounting or ERP software preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Fluent in English required Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Work Environment Full-time, on-site position in Opa-locka Fast-paced manufacturing environment Team-oriented workplace Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Health insurance Paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement How to Apply Submit your resume with a brief summary of your accounts receivable or collections experience.
