$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Join Our Growing Team! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable -Collections to join our growing manufacturing company in Opa-locka. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers regarding account balances and payment follow-ups. What You'll Do Review customer invoices for accuracy Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Contact customers regarding past due invoices and payment status Maintain accurate account and collection records Assist with account reconciliations and discrepancy resolution Prepare aging reports and provide account updates Work closely with accounting, sales, and customer service teams Support daily accounts receivable and collection activities What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or office experience preferred Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Experience with accounting or ERP systems is helpful but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills Fluent English required Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Why Join Us?
