  • Assist with recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Organize and file financial records, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
  • Monitor and track outstanding payments and follow up as needed.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist with audits and provide documentation as requested.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
  • Perform other administrative and bookkeeping duties as assigned.
