Job Description
Our Property Management team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to grow with us! We are a Property Management firm overseeing multiple commercial and residential properties, as well as short-term vacation rentals, throughout the Greater Orlando area and New York. General Responsibilities Handle rent invoicing and collections Assist with dues, permits, and related filings Perform credit card and bank reconciliations Reconcile accounts in a timely and accurate manner Enter financial transactions into QuickBooks and CRM software Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies and documentation issues Prepare reports and summaries for management review Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and management regarding accounting matters Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting/Property Management Department Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of two (2) years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Proven bookkeeping experience required Experience using QuickBooks is required Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and AR/AP principles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong time management skills Ability to complete tasks thoroughly from start to finish Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Experience using CRM software preferred; willingness to learn required Experience with cloud-based document management systems such as SmartVault preferred Property Management industry experience preferred but not required Fluent in English What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is dependable, organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced property management environment. Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:
