This vital role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to contribute to a professional and energetic work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple functions while supporting our team's success. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and Sage software, including data entry, and expense tracking Maintain accurate financial records by reconciling accounts and preparing reports Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service on an occasional basis. Support office management activities including filing, proofreading documents, and organizing files both physically and digitally Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Provide customer support through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and addressing client inquiries promptly Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies Experience Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative support and clerical tasks Prior bookkeeping experience with proficiency in QuickBooks and Sage or similar accounting software Experience working at a front desk or as a receptionist Strong computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office 360 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support experience Familiarity with office management procedures including filing systems, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management Join us if you're eager to leverage your administrative expertise in a vibrant environment where your contributions truly make a difference!
