The ideal candidate will have experience managing AP and AR functions, processing invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate financial records. This position plays a key role in supporting the Accounting Department and maintaining efficient financial operations across multiple entities. ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable Review, code, and process invoices, vouchers, expense reports, and check requests. Manage accounts payable activities using accounting software and related systems. Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain accounts payable records and supporting documentation. Handle AP functions for multiple companies and vendors. Establish and maintain positive relationships with new and existing vendors. Set up and maintain utility accounts as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. Accounts Receivable Create and distribute customer invoices. Process and post deposits for multiple companies. Deposit checks through remote deposit systems into various bank accounts. Monitor account activity and maintain accurate financial records. Accounting & Administrative Support Perform account maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting duties. Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement. File and maintain accounting documents, reports, and records. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned to support the Accounting Department. Qualifications Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, or Accounting preferred. Proficiency with QuickBooks required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong communication and vendor relationship management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
