Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are looking for a Full Time Accounts Receivable Representative. Monday-Friday. Work hours can be flexible. This isn't a remote job. Responsibilities Process AR Invoices Manage Purchase Orders Maintain Excel spreadsheets Prepare AR Reports Post deposits Monitor aging report Request payments Skills High School Diploma preferred 5+ years of QuickBooks or Sage 50 experience. Excellent Microsoft Office 365 knowledge Outstanding organizational and time management skills Familiarity with office machine operation and upkeep Effective verbal and written communications skills Accuracy and attention to detail Discretion and confidentiality

Pay:

$23.00+ per hour Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and Paid time off.
