A residential construction company in Pensacola is looking for an accounts payable and data entry clerk to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to this local success-driven company's administrative and clerical needs.
Job Responsibilities:
Data Entry Sorting, logging, photocopying, and filing invoices daily processes and controls accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies
Qualifications:
Highschool Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel Highly organized Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency Invoice coding and processing experience
Compensation & Benefits:
