Duties Manage data entry for invoices, receipts, and expense reports using QuickBooks and Service Titan. Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance and other accounting tasks provided by the accounting manager. Support office management activities such as filing, document proofreading, and maintaining organized records. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies. Provide customer support by responding to inquiries professionally and courteously through phone and email. Experience Previous office experience with a focus on clerical or administrative duties is essential. Proven proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent typing speed and computer literacy to handle data entry and document proofreading efficiently. Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and time management capabilities.
