Job Description:
A local school in Stuart is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a short-term, 1-month project. The ideal candidate will assist with financial record-keeping, expense tracking, and general accounting tasks.
Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions Reconcile bank statements and accounts Prepare financial reports as needed Ensure accurate data entry and file management Work with school staff to clarify financial information
Qualifications:
Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
