JOB DESCRIPTION

Bookkeeper. A Hookah Café & Lounge seeks a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage daily financial operations. Responsibilities include record daily sales, expenses, bank transactions; manage accounts payable/receivable, reconcile bank and POS reports, prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries, maintain accurate financial records for management and tax purposes, process payroll, assist with inventory and cost tracking, communicate with management on financial performance and cash flow.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, or similar role, familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, and POS reporting systems, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
