Job Description

Dolce Medical Spa Group Dolce Medical Spa Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Accounting Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands multi-company accounting, and takes pride in maintaining accurate and timely financial records. The ideal candidate must be proactive, dependable, and capable of coordinating with multiple location managers while handling day-to-day accounting operations across 13 active companies. Responsibilities Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks Online (QBO) Categorize and reconcile transactions across multiple entities Coordinate with spa location managers regarding expenses, receipts, bills, and unidentified transactions Process payroll for all locations accurately and on time Handle vendor payments, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and bank transactions File sales tax returns and payroll-related filings when required Monitor accounts payable and ensure all bills are paid timely Assist with month-end close and financial reporting preparation Maintain organized digital records and accounting documentation Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve accounting issues Work closely with management to ensure operational and financial efficiency Qualifications Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) Understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and transaction categorization Experience managing multiple companies or locations preferred Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively Experience with payroll processing and sales tax filings preferred High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, highly organized, and able to think critically under pressure. Pay:
$5,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
