Job DescriptionJob Description Accounting Specialist Position Summary This position will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activities. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely vendor payments Prepare and issue customer invoices and apply incoming payments Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts Review expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements as needed Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing inquiries Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
