Job Description
Applied Image Group is seeking an experienced part-time Bookkeeper to support our accounting and financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for a busy commercial print and marketing services company. Responsibilities Prepare and enter journal entries Process remote bank deposits Enter and manage accounts payable Manage accounts receivable Prepare monthly sales tax filings Complete monthly closing of the books Reconcile bank accounts Prepare weekly check runs to pay vendors Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Qualifications Prior bookkeeping experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with accounting systems and financial records Reliable transportation to the Tampa office Ability to work on-site at least two days per week Professional, organized, and dependable Benefits No benefits are offered for this part-time position.
