Accounts Payable Specialist

Job DescriptionJob Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full-cycle AP processes in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can quickly learn new systems, handle increasing invoice volume, and support efficient vendor payment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, and payment execution Process and review employee expense reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner Work within SAP and Concur (prior experience not required; must be able to learn quickly) Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Handle weekly invoice volume of 15-30 invoices, with expected growth to 40-50 invoices per week Optimize vendor relationships by ensuring timely communication and payments Assist in improving and streamlining AP processes and payment workflows Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable Company DescriptionOur expert team along with our strategic partnerships offer a collective experience in specialized staffing solutions and Process Improvement knowledge.
