Our work family is very diverse and ready to welcome another new member! We are looking for a seasoned Accounts Receivable Clerk/Specialist to work under our Director of Credit & Collections. You will be responsible for receiving and processing Cash Receipts, AR Adjustments, Approving Credit Applications, Processing Notice to Owners and Assisting Accounting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

( including but are not limited to ): Payment Posting Post all cash receipts Credit card processing Reconcile the Bank to Cash posting Notify Branches of short payments Review & Process AR Adjustments Perform client account reconciliation Process NTOs /Lien requests Assist Accounting with Bank Reconciliations, Journal Entries, AP & Payroll Taxes

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ YEARS

IN ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

TRANSFERS, and using

CASH APPLICATIONS

The ability to express ideas clearly in writing or in making informative presentations Proficiency in Excel & word processing, including creating spreadsheets Ability to handle multiple jobs and meets deadlines Flexible and adaptable as priorities of the position change Strong communication and problem solving abilities Good planning and organizing techniques Detail Orientated

EDUCATION

Associates degree in accounting preferred or minimum of three years of recent AR/accounting experience.

Salary:

$55,000 per year plus annual discretionary bonus plus full-time benefits

Schedule:

8:00AM to 5:00PM (Monday through Friday)
