Accounts Payable Specialist

Description Orlando area company is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist will include, but not limited to the following.

• Construction Industry experience highly preferred.
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance and maintain account ledgers; reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Monitor office expenses, verify receipts, and maintain expense records.
• Pay vendor invoices and track account balances.
• Reconcile and review credit card transactions.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Collaborate with team members to meet accounting and reporting deadlines.
