DIRECT HIRE

basis. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong Accounts Payable experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting multiple financial functions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processing Handle high-volume invoice processing and reconciliation Oversee corporate credit card processing and expense management Ensure accuracy and compliance with AP procedures and documentation Support tax-related documentation, including tax-exempt processing and lien releases Assist with materials and subcontractor-related invoicing and payments

Qualifications:
